CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that you do not give adequate notice you will automatically be charged a $50 fee for appointments that are 30 minutes or less, a $75 fee for 35 – 60 minute appointments, a $100 fee for appointments 60-90 minutes and a $200 fee for appointments over 90 minutes. We appreciate your consideration of this policy.
TECHNICIAN POLICY: Although it may not always be possible, we will do everything we can to honor your request for a particular provider. However, should your request require special changes to our providers' schedules, there will be a 20% surcharge on your service.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final.
